The cover story of the January 27 issue of Time magazine is entitled “Can Anyone Stop Hillary?” In the article, David Von Drehle argues that although Clinton has not officially announced that she is running for president in 2016, all signs seem to point to the likelihood of a presidential run.

Von Drehle points to several appointments of officials form President Obama’s campaigns at pro-Clinton organizations and the growing power of the Ready for Hillary PAC. He also discusses possible campaign themes being tested by Clinton in speeches she has made since leaving the State Department. Von Drehle discusses how possible rivals on both sides of the aisle are sizing up Clinton as they wait to find out if she will be running.

There is no doubt that 2014 will be a big year for Clinton. She has a new memoir set for release this summer, and she has publicly stated that she will make the decision to run for president sometime this year. Although Time‘s cover has attracted some controversy, the article is well worth the read.
