Hillary Rodham Clinton made a stop in Tulsa, Oklahoma today to highlight the new “Talking is Teaching” campaign geared toward encouraging parents and caregivers to help young children develop their vocabulary skills before starting school. Clinton spent time at a Tulsa school reading to children. She was joined by philanthropist George Kaiser.
