President Obama Campaigns for Hillary in Kissimmee

President Barack Obama returned to Florida on Sunday where he campaigned for Hillary Clinton in Kissimmee. At a rally held in Osceola County Stadium, Obama spoke about the importance of the election and ensuring that Clinton is elected president on Tuesday. He spoke about Clinton’s optimistic platform including her plans to create jobs, make college more affordable, and build an economy that works for everyone. Obama said that Clinton is the only candidate that will ensure the progress the country has made will continue, and he criticized Donald Trump’s dangerous rhetoric. Steve Aoki Performs at Get Out the Vote Concert in Las Vegas

DJ Steve Aoki performed for a group of students on the campus of University of Nevada-Las Vegas on Thursday. Near the middle of the event, Aoki stopped and spoke about the importance of voting, and he was joined on stage by Bill Clinton. Bill spoke briefly spoke about the importance of electing Hillary Clinton as he explained that her campaign is about building bridges and not walls. He urged everyone to vote saying, “You are America’s future. … We are rising, and the future is bright because of you. I think you’re going to live in the most prosperous … time of discovery and advancement we’ve ever seen.” A video from the event will be added when/if available.

The National Perform at Get Out the Vote Concert in Cincinnati

On Wednesday, indie rock group The National performed at a Get Out the Vote concert in Cincinnati, Ohio. During the concert, lead singer Matt Berninger spoke about the importance of the election and encouraged the crowd of more than 3,000 to vote for Hillary Clinton. “Young people, she’s setting your future. She is going to help your kids’ futures, so young people, don’t take this for granted,” he said. The group performed a number of their songs between their messages to the crowd. President Obama Campaigns for Hillary in Cleveland

President Barack Obama campaigned for Hillary Clinton today in Cleveland, Ohio. He spoke to a crowd for about 40 minutes and focused on a number of topics including the progress that has been made over the last eight years and how Clinton will continue that progress. He then spoke about the current race between Clinton and Donald Trump and offered his thoughts on each. On Clinton he said, “She has worked tirelessly and diligently. She has done her homework. She has performed.” He then went after Trump’s lack of experience and decorum for the job saying, “He doesn’t have the temperament. He doesn’t have the knowledge.” He concluded by urging voters to get out on November 8th and vote for Clinton. A video of the President’s speech is below.
