Today, Chelsea Clinton and Marc Mezvinsky announced that they are expecting their second child. Their first daughter, Charlotte, was born September 26, 2014. Hillary and Bill Clinton both tweeted their excitement following the announcement. Congratulations to the entire family!

Clinton Attends Hamptons Fundraiser

Clinton attends a private fundraiser in Fox Chapel, Pennsylvania in July.

On Saturday, Hillary Rodham Clinton attended a private fundraiser at the home of Selma and Artie Rabin in the upscale Hamptons area of New York. A number of politicians attended including Senator Cory Booker. Also in attendance was Clinton’s daughter, Chelsea, and her husband Marc Mezvinsky. The event was closed to the public and press, but she reportedly spoke about her plans to build on the achievements of the last eight years, testifying before the House Select Committee on Benghazi in October, and creating a better future for the next generation.

Hillary Rodham Clinton, Chelsea Clinton, and America Ferrera hosted an event in New York City for the Clinton Foundation entitled “Girls: A No Ceilings Conversation.” Clinton has championed the advancement of women and girls across the globe, and this event covered a number of topics including immigration reform, education, and women’s rights. Toward the end of the event, Chelsea surprised the audience when she announced that she is pregnant with her and her husband’s (Marc Mezvinsky) first child.
