Hillary Rodham Clinton was a guest on BBC’s Women’s Hour to promote her new book Hard Choices. In the interview, Clinton talks briefly about her political background and her plans for the future (or what little she would say!). The primary topic of the conversation was Clinton’s marriage and Bill Clinton’s affair with Monica Lewinsky in the late 1990s.

Clinton was asked a number of questions about Pakistan and the troubled relationship between the India and Pakistan and the relationship between the United States and Pakistan. Clinton warned that Pakistan has protected terrorists and that could come back to haunt them.

Hillary Rodham Clinton has made a number of appearances this week as part of the book tour for Hard Choices. She was interviewed by Terry Goss on NPR’s Fresh Air on which she discussed her book and time at the State Department in detail. She also spoke about her support of gay marriage, the rights of women, and how she handles personal attacks in the media. Hillary Rodham Clinton appeared at the Chicago Ideas Week where Mayor Rahm Emanuel interviewed her. A number of topics were discussed including comments she made about her and former President Bill Clinton being broke after they left the White House in 2001. Clinton admitted that she could have been more artful in her comments. The interview largely focused on the content of her new book, Hard Choices.

Hillary Rodham Clinton’s memoir, Hard Choices, hit shelves today and she started the day by appearing on ABC’s Good Morning America. Robin Roberts interviewed Clinton, and they discussed many of the same topics covered in the interview with Diane Sawyer which aired on ABC the night before. Topics covered included Benghazi and her plans for 2016. The interview was broken up in two sections, both of which are included in this post.

Hillary Rodham Clinton was interviewed by Diane Sawyer in an hour special on ABC. The interview, which took place in Clinton’s home, kicked off the book tour for her memoir, Hard Choices. Sawyer asked Clinton tough questions about the attack on the American Embassy in Benghazi, the re-emergence of Monica Lewinsky, and her plans for 2016. Women in the World Summit

Hillary Rodham Clinton appeared at the 5th Annual Women in the World Summit in New York City Thursday evening. Clinton appeared on stage with Christine Lagarde, Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund , and spoke about a wide variety of topics including partisanship, the media, Russia, and the portrayal of women. Clinton advised young women who were beginning their careers to be prepared to play “an outside and inside game,” She explained, “On the outside, you have to find ways to raise these issues that are truly rooted in sexism or in old-fashioned irrelevant expectations about women’s lives, not just to score a point but to change a mind.”

Clinton also made headlines when she met members of the Russian band Pussy Riot. Members of the band were imprisoned in Russia in 2012 for protesting and speaking out against Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Chatham House

Hillary Rodham Clinton was interviewed by and received an award from Chatham House, an independent think tank based in the United Kingdom. Clinton was recognized for her work with diplomacy and furthering gender equality. The award was presented by Prince Andrew. In addition, she sat down for a town hall where she answered questions from the audience as well as the moderator.
