On Thursday, Hillary Rodham Clinton’s campaign unveiled plans to assist communities whose economies rely on coal as the infrastructure shifts to renewable energy. In her plan, Clinton calls for $30 billion in funding for communities who are suffering from the decrease in coal consumption.
