Bill Clinton returned to North Carolina on Monday on the final day before Tuesday’s election. In his last solo event of the election cycle, Bill encouraged everyone to get out and vote for Hillary Clinton tomorrow and send a message that Donald Trump’s vision for America is unacceptable. “North Carolina, you’ve got a lot on the line. You’ve got a chance to send a message to America and to your fellow citizens that yes, we are stronger together, yes, love does trump hate, and yes, we are a state of empowerment, not resentment,” he told the crowd. He spoke briefly about Hillary’s optimistic plans for America’s future before wrapping up by asking everyone to vote. A video from the event is below.
On Sunday, Chelsea Clinton campaigned on behalf of her mother at five events in Pennsylvania. The events were in the vicinity of Philadelphia and included stops in Chester, Morton, West Chester, Norristown, and Elkins Park. At each event, Chelsea spoke with supporters and volunteers, and she outlined several points of Hillary Clinton’s platform. Chelsea’s primary concern was ensuring that everyone votes on Tuesday and that the volunteers knock on as many doors and make as many phone calls as possible between now and then. “I know that if we keep rooting this election in what really is at stake – for or families – or communities our country we will win,” she said. Hillary Clinton began the final Sunday before the election in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where she spoke at Sunday morning church services at Mt. Airy Church of God in Christ. She urged members of the congregation to get out and vote on Tuesday and presented her optimistic vision for America.
Clinton then held a get out the vote event in Cleveland, Ohio where she appeared with NBA star LeBron James. James introduced Clinton and spoke about his support of Clinton and his foundation which helps inner city kids get ahead. When Clinton began her speech, she praised James for his work with children saying that he does a great job of “using the national platform he earned to advocate for children.” Clinton then spoke about a number of her platform points including expanding early childhood education, creating new jobs, raising the minimum wage, and rebuilding the middle class. She stressed her focus on the middle class saying that we need to “grow our economy from the middle out…not from the top down…” Clinton said that all this can be accomplished without raising taxes on families making less than $250,000 per year. Clinton then spoke at a get out the vote rally in Manchester, New Hampshire. After being introduced by Khizr Khan, Clinton made her final case for before Tuesday’s election. She spoke about the key points to her platform and her optimistic vision for the future of America. She contrasted that vision with the negative and divisive vision presented by Trump. She concluded her speech by asking everyone to consider the future of our country and vote for her on Tuesday. Watch a video from the event below.
Vice President Joe Biden remained in Pennsylvania on Sunday where he campaigned for Hillary Clinton at two events. He began with a rally in Harrisburg where he spoke about the importance of not underestimating Donald Trump and getting out to vote on Tuesday. Biden said that that the best way to ensure that Clinton and other Democrats is elected is by voting and getting friends a family to vote as well. In Scranton, Biden spoke on the campus of Johnson College saying that he was happy to back in his hometown. During his speech, Biden outlined a number of Clinton’s key platform points saying that her optimistic and inclusive plan for the future is better than the divisive vision offered by Trump. He challenged Trump’s “make America great again” slogan saying, “We are already a great country. We went from crisis to recovery and now we are moving toward resurgence.” Biden warned that Trump will take the progress and throw it out the window if elected. Tim Kaine spoke at three get out the vote events today in Wisconsin. At his first event in Milwaukee, he told the audience that he and Hillary Clinton are excited with only a few days left in the campaign, and they are both determined to win. He called it “an excitement to embrace an agenda that`s a stronger together agenda, and reject an agenda that is a divisive, name calling, blame game, take us backward agenda — and so we`re seeing it pick up in such a great way.” Kaine said that it is important that everyone get out and vote so their voice is heard given the stakes in this election. He concluded by asking everyone not to take a lead in the polls to mean anything, and that everyone’s vote is important. News coverage of Kaine’s Milwaukee visit is below.
Kaine then traveled to Green Bay where he spoke about Clinton’s optimistic platform, and he outlined her plans to create jobs, make college more affordable, raise the minimum wage, and focus on the middle class by building an economy that works for everyone. Kaine stressed the importance of defeating Donald Trump and electing a candidate with the experience and a comprehensive platform like Clinton. He wrapped up his speech by saying that Wisconsin is already making waves with early voting, and he encouraged those who have not already done so, to vote. Watch a video of Kaine’s speech below.
Kaine’s final event was a get out the vote event in La Crosse. Kaine spoke to a crowd of supporters after they watch today’s Green Bay Packers football game. Kaine outlined key points in Clinton’s platform including her plans to create jobs and invest in American manufacturing. He praised Wisconsin’s early voter turnout and urged everyone who has not already voted to vote on Tuesday. A video from the event will be posted when/if available.
Bill Clinton returned to Michigan on Sunday where he began the day by speaking during Sunday morning church services at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church and Grace Emmanuel in Flint. During the service, Bill spoke about Hillary Clinton’s dedication to helping the middle class and her respect for the diversity of America. He asked everyone to vote so their voice his heard adding, “We have to decide if we’re stronger together or if it’s better to spend all of our time tearing each other down.”
Bill then spoke at a get out the vote rally in Lansing. At a local union hall, Clinton spoke about the importance of the election and stressed Hillary’s platform points such as her plans to create jobs, grow the economy, and support labor unions. He said that Hillary is the only candidate qualified to ensure that the progress the country has made continues. “There’s a lot of road rage out there because after the financial crisis, it took a long time before incomes started going up again. We are finally seeing incomes start to rise,” he said. He urged everyone to get out and vote on Tuesday and to vote for a future of unity and progress. Before the majority of Americans head to the polls on Tuesday, the campaign has heated up in the battle between Hillary Clinton and Republican Donald Trump. Clinton has outlined a comprehensive platform while what has been offered by Trump little substance and foundation. Clinton’s platform is built on a career of public service and an understanding of domestic and foreign policies. While everyone may not agree with all of platform points, taken as a whole it is clear that she has put together a solid plan to more the country forward and ensure that everyone has an opportunity to live up to their full potential.

On Sunday morning, representatives for Hillary for America made the talk show rounds and spoke about the final strategies before Tuesday’s election. Tim Kaine was on CBS’s Face the Nation and John Dickerson and Kaine discussed the affect the FBI investigation has had on the campaign. “We’ve seen it add to the energy on our side. People on our side view this campaign as so important, the ‘Stronger Together’ message as so important and people don’t want it to be distracted. So there has been a great uptick in energy on our side in the early vote,” Kaine said. Watch a video of the full interview below.
John Podesta was interviewed on ABC’s This Week and NBC’s Meet the Press. During each interview, Podesta explained that while he is optimistic, the Clinton campaign is leaving nothing to chance before election. Podesta was also asked about the leaks of information coming out of the FBI and Podesta responded saying, “I think the men and women of the FBI are doing a tremendous job out here across the country. HFA representative Joel Benenson was interviewed on this morning’s episode of Fox News Sunday. Benenson was asked about the FBI investigation into Clinton’s email and the campaign’s strategy for the final days of the campaign. On Saturday, Jon Bon Jovi performed at a Get Out the Vote concert in St. Petersburg, Florida. Bon Jovi performed a number of his hits in between talking about the importance of the election and encouraging everyone to vote for Hillary Clinton. He was joined on stage by Clinton’s running mate, Tim Kaine, who spoke to crowd. Borrowing from Bon Jovi’s song lyrics, Kaine said, “I don’t wanna be another wave in the ocean. I’m rock, not just another grain of sand. We’re not just waves in the ocean, folks. And we’re not just grains of sand. We’ve got power. We’ve got power politically and nobody more than in Florida. If you put your votes behind Hillary Clinton, it is done. She will be President.” He then played the harmonica along with Bon Jovi. A video clip from the concert is below.
Bill Clinton went on a campaign bus tour of Florida today where he began in Jacksonville and ended in Gainesville. He made a number of stops along the way outside voting locations and in local businesses. The goal of the trip was to speak with and meet as many voters as possible and share Hillary Clinton’s vision for America. At various events, Bill was joined by other Democrats such as Reverend Jesse Jackson and former Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley.
