Tim Kaine campaigned today in Charlotte, North Carolina where he spoke with supporters at Davidson College. Kaine’s speech focused largely on the vision of America presented by Hillary Clinton and himself. He outlined a number of the platform points presented by Clinton including her plan to make college more affordable. Kaine also went after Republican Donald Trump for his comments about women, Muslims, and immigrants saying that he is proud of America’s diversity and proud of the strong women in his life. “I am so proud to be a strong man supporting a strong woman who will make history,” he said.
