On Thursday, Vice President Joe Biden returned to the campaign trail where he spoke at a rally in Las Vegas, Nevada. After a surprise visit at a local campaign office, Biden spoke at a rally supporting both Hillary Clinton and U.S. Senate candidate Catherine Cortez Masto. During his speech, he went after Republican Donald Trump and his comments about women and immigrants saying that we are better than that as a country. Biden then spoke about Clinton and her plans to move the country forward and continue the progress of the last eight years saying that she is “going to write the next chapter.” He concluded by urging everyone to vote for Clinton and Cortez Masto on November 8.
