Hillary Clinton Endorsed by Major Newspapers

This past week, Hillary Clinton secured the endorsement of three major newspapers for the upcoming Democratic primaries. In Florida, Clinton was endorsed by the editorial board of The Tampa Bay Times, who said that she is “prepared for the nation’s highest office.” She was also endorsed by two papers in Texas: The Houston Chronicle and The Dallas Morning News. The later said that Clinton was a better choice over Democratic rival Bernie Sander because “her passion for change is leavened by a pragmatism — and a recognition of costs — his lacks.” Click the links above to read the full endorsements.

Clinton Interviewed by The Des Moines Register

While in Iowa Monday, Hillary Clinton sat down with the editorial board of The Des Moines Register for an interview. During the hour long interview, Clinton was asked about her campaign, her Republican and Democratic primary opponents, and various points about her platform. She even criticized President Barack Obama for his unwillingness to work with Congress, and vowed that if elected, she would be more open to work with Congressional Republicans and Democrats.
