On Friday, Bill Clinton campaigned for Hillary Clinton in Wisconsin. Speaking at Lawrence University in Appleton, Clinton focused on a number of Hillary’s platform points including her idea for Wall Street reform, her plan to lower the cost of higher education, and her focus on clean energy. He also criticized Republican front-runner Donald Trump for his plans to build a wall on the United States’ border with Mexico and said that the focus needed to be on building a strong middle class. He said, “We can do this, but we can’t do this until we tear down (economic) barriers.” A video from today’s speech will be posted when/if available.
Also campaigning on behalf of Hillary on Friday were two Hillary for America advisors. In State College, Pennsylvania, Foreign Policy Advisor Laura Rosenberger attended a fundraiser hosted by Michael Berkman, Sue Port, John McCarthy, Patricia House, Virginia McGregor, Art Patterson, and Nancy Chiswick. Meanwhile in Newtown, Pennsylvania, Campaign Chair John Podesta hosted an event at the home of John Cordisco.

On Wednesday, Hillary Clinton attended two fundraisers in California. The first was held at the home of Lyndon Rive in Altherton. Her second fundraiser was in Hillsborough and was hosted by Jerry and Michelle Kaplan. Meanwhile, Bill Clinton attended a fundraiser in Little Rock, Arkansas. The reception event was hosted by Clark Trim and Henrik Thostrup. In Boston, Massachusetts Senior Policy Advisor Ann O’Leary held a Healthcare Policy Conversation hosted by Jack Connors.
After coming out on top in all five of Tuesday’s primaries, Hillary Clinton and Hillary for America have spent the last two days fundraising. Yesterday, Hillary for America hosted a Counterterrorism conversation in Arlington, Virginia. Those attending the event included Randy Beers, Former Deputy Homeland Security Advisor; Matt Spence, Former NSC Senior Director and Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Middle East; Will Wechsler, Former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Counterterrorism and current Assistant Secretary of Defense for Middle East; and Dan Byman, Former 9/11 Commission Staff Member.
Today, Clinton attended two fundraisers. The first was held at the home of Pradeep and Ranjana Sinha in Atlanta, Georgia. Then, Clinton attended a fundraiser at the Nashville, Tennessee home of Sacha and Charles Robert Bone. Two other fundraisers were hosted by Hillary for America. The first was a New York City reception with Olympic Gold Medalist and FIFA World Cup Champion Abby Wambach. The second fundraiser was held in Bradbury, California and featured a conversation with Campaign Chair John Podesta.
On Monday, a number of campaign events and fundraisers were held in support of Hillary Clinton. In North Carolina, Bill Clinton attended three organizing events in preparation for the state’s primary on March 15. Hosting events in Raleigh, Greensboro, and Charlotte, Bill spoke about his wife’s experience and her career as a change maker. At each of the events, he spoke about a variety of topics including higher education, student debt, heath care, and the economy. He took shots at both the Republican presidential candidates and Hillary’s Democratic rival Bernie Sanders, though he did not mention any of them by name. He asked supports to vote for Hillary in the upcoming primary because “this is a big election.” Videos from the events in Raleigh and Charlotte are below.
Chelsea was in Michigan campaigning for her mother before tomorrow’s primary. Appearing at events in Detroit, East Lansing, and Grand Rapids, Chelsea spoke about her mother’s experience and plans to move the country forward. In Detroit, Chelsea attended a college affordability round table at Wayne State University. She spoke about Hillary’s plan to make college more affordable for those who cannot pay for tuition. She drew a distinction between Hillary’s plan and that of Sanders saying, “Families who have done well in our country should still continue to pay tuition for their students to go to college. For those who haven’t yet done well yet, for lower-class families, even middle-class families, their children should be able to go to public universities tuition-free. Everyone should be able to graduate debt-free.” Sanders’ plan calls for everyone to get free tuition, regardless of income level.
A number of other events took place across the world today in support of Hillary and Hillary for America. In London, former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright attended two fundraisers which were attended by American citizens living abroad. Meanwhile, back in Michigan, Senior Policy Advisor Jake Sullivan attended a fundraiser in Birmingham. The final event of the day was a virtual fundraiser hosted by Former Under Secretary of State Bob Hormats. The topic of conversation for the virtual gathering was Economic Growth, Energy, and the Environment.
On Wednesday, former President Bill Clinton was in Virginia where he spoke at two events. The first was a Get Out the Vote event in Alexandria. During his speech, Clinton spoke about his wife’s experience with breaking down barriers and how she will fight for everybody if elected president. He urged Virginia voters to get out and support Hillary in next Tuesday’s Primary. A full video from his speech will be posted when/if available.
Wrapping up the evening, Clinton hosted a Get out the Vote event in Richmond. During his speech at the Hippodrome, he spoke about Hillary’s plans as president and the primary difference between her and her Republican rivals. He said, “Hillary is running for president to put every American in the picture. She wants to run to make America whole again. Instead of building walls, she wants to tear down barriers.” He urged voters to support Hillary in next week’s primary saying, “We need to win Virginia. We need every vote in Virginia.” A video from the event will be posted when/if available.
Also campaigning on behalf of Hillary for America was former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright. She attended two fundraisers in Texas. The first was at the home of Azra Rauf in Houston. The second fundraiser was held in Austin. Meanwhile, in Little Rock, Arkansas, Senior Policy Advisor Ann O’Leary hosted a fundraiser conversation.

On Tuesday, Chelsea Clinton was in London where she attended two fundraisers on behalf of Hillary for America. Chelsea attended the events along with Anna Wintour, the editor-in-chief of American Vogue. The fundraisers were only open to American citizens who live in the area.
Meanwhile, two fundraisers were held in Washington, DC as a part of a policy conversation series hosted by Hillary for America. The first event was hosted by Senior Policy Advisor Ann O’Leary and focused on the current issues with and future of heath care. The second event was a general policy conversation with Jake Sullivan, Senior Policy Advisor and Lona Valmoro, Senior Advisor to the Vice Chair.
